All orders are shipped from Baku, Azerbaijan.

2. Delivery Within Baku

— Delivery within the city is free of charge.
— Courier delivery or agreed handover.

3. Delivery Across Azerbaijan

— Orders are shipped via AzerPost.
— Shipping fees are calculated according to AzerPost rates.
— A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the postal service and destination.
We cannot control postal processing speeds, as much as you’d love us to.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable.
Once it becomes available, you’ll know.

6. Responsibility

We hand over all orders in proper condition.
Once transferred to the postal service, responsibility for delivery time and handling shifts to the carrier.
