Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• unused;
• undamaged;
• free from signs of wear.

Items showing wear, damage, or any post-delivery alterations cannot be accepted.

Return Process

You can return your item by:

• delivering it in person within Baku, or
• shipping it through a postal service.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: up to 7 business days.
